Customer Identification Requirements

In accordance with Section 326 of the USA PATRIOT ACT, First Colony Bank of Florida is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens a new account or makes changes to an existing account.  This federal statute applies to any and all new and current customers who sign on an account.

This means when you open a new account or change an existing account, we will request each person signing on the account for their name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify them.  We may ask to see and make copies of your driver's license and other identifying documents.
